To help us plan accordingly to ensure your experience is a rewarding one, please complete the Registration Form in its entirety. Doing so will save valuable time during the planning process and to accommodate the number of people who will be attending, e.g., proper space allocations for the meeting rooms, sufficient materials for distribution, accurate guarantee for meals, etc. In addition to e-mail registration we will be available to accept registrations on-site, but at a higher registration rate.

Artisan’s Affinity Alliance is excited to present: “City2City: Music of the Arts” event on Thursday, October 4 until Sunday, October 7, 2018, at the Westin La Paloma Resort and Spa in Tucson, Arizona.

Cut-off Date:

The “cut-off date” for reserving rooms in the Room Block is 5:00 p.m. local time at Hotel September 04, 2018.  After the cut-off date, it is at Hotel’s discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability. Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 12.05%. No automatic or mandatory charges are tips, gratuities, or services charges for employees, unless otherwise expressly stated.


Rates will be available 3 days prior and 3 days after the Event Dates indicated in the Room Block, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation. Resort Service Charge: The Resort Services Fee is complimentary. The Resort Services Fee, normally $29.00 per room per day, includes guestroom internet services, unlimited local phone calls and long-distance access (toll-free, credit card and collect calls), first two (2) pages of incoming faxes, access to in-room safe, use of self-parking facilities, unlimited admission to the WestinWORKOUT® Powered by Reebok Fitness Center with regularly scheduled fitness classes, and complimentary shuttle service to La Encantada Shopping Center. The Resort Service Fee shall be waived for all City2City: Music of the Arts attendees 3 days prior to the event dates.


Please note that the Hotel has a seven (7) day individual cancellation policy.  If a guest needs to cancel their reservation, they need to do so at least seven (7) days prior to their arrival date to avoid penalty. If they cancel inside of seven (7) days, the Hotel will charge one (1) night room and tax to guest’s credit card. Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee of one-night room and tax will apply if a Customer attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date.

Cancellation Policy

For promotional purposes, videos and photographs are taken at all events. Your registration constitutes permission for Artisan’s Affinity Alliance to use your likeness in promotional materials.


Policy if Organization Cancels

Although Artisan’s Affinity Alliance reserves the right to cancel the event due to any high alert situation which would make the event non-viable, we are financially obligated to the Westin La Paloma Resort and Spa. Therefore, once your payment is received it then become non-refundable for all reasons. Should circumstances arise, i.e., terrorists or extreme severe weather occurrences, etc. that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.


Policy if Individual Cancels

Registrations are transferable on a case by case basis with written permission to Artisan’s Affinity Alliance. Please submit your request in writing to Artisan’s Affinity Alliance by e-mailing Phyllicia M. Hatton at no later than Friday, September 21, 2018 at noon.
